Our projects
Through these projects, we share our approach to renovation: technical excellence, careful monitoring of the construction site and attention to detail.
Each project is an opportunity to transform a space in a coherent and sustainable way. This page will also evolve as a sharing space, where we will discuss certain techniques and construction choices developed on our projects.
Flat in Koekelberg
Soundproofing – underfloor heating – heat pump – annexe with flat roof and veranda – opening of bays – structural load transfer – floor and bathroom tiling – electrical compliance – plumbing – bathroom equipment installation

Complete renovation of a 70m² ground floor flat in 2024
This project perfectly illustrates House Partners’ approach: a comprehensive renovation, designed as a whole and carried out in close collaboration with trusted partners.
The project involved the complete renovation of a ground floor flat, combined with the creation of a veranda extension. The objective was clear: to gain space, light and comfort, while respecting the existing structure of the building.
Major structural work was carried out, including the reinforcement of the upper floor by integrating a beam covering the entire width of the building. The opening of new windows and the reinforcement of the upper floor made it possible to transform the space while ensuring the stability and durability of the whole.
Particular attention was paid to thermal and acoustic comfort: complete insulation, reinforced acoustic insulation, acoustic ceilings and underfloor heating. The heating system is based on a heat pump coupled with a Unitower, providing both heating and domestic hot water production, with a focus on performance and sustainability.
The interior layout was completely redesigned with the addition of a bathroom, toilet and kitchen, while retaining the character of the space. Some existing doors were salvaged and reused, adding a touch of authenticity, complemented by the installation of fire doors where technical requirements dictated.
The work was completed with plastering, painting, tiling and finishing, carried out to the same high standards as the structural phases.
House in Anderlecht
Roof insulation – opening rooms – electrical compliance – bathroom creation – smooth concrete – semi-solid parquet flooring – floor varnishing and painting – custom-made furniture – under-slope furniture

Modernization of a 160m² house in 2015
For this house in Anderlecht, the objective was clear: to modernise the spaces, improve comfort and enhance the existing features without detracting from the spirit of the place. A comprehensive refurbishment project, designed with consistency and sustainability in mind.
Rethinking volumes and uses
The opening of spaces brought more light and improved flow to the living areas. Outside, the creation of a terrace naturally extends the home and strengthens the link between the interior and the garden.
Technical comfort and compliance
The project included bringing the electrical installation fully up to standard, as well as insulating the attic to improve the building’s energy performance.
Custom materials and finishes
The floor coverings were chosen and worked on with the client: smoothed concrete, semi-solid parquet, renovation of pine floors by sanding and varnishing, and painting of some existing floors.
The walls were repaired and repainted to create a bright and uniform interior.
Two bathrooms were created from scratch, from the installation of fixtures to the laying of tiles, with custom-made concrete furniture. Built-in storage under the sloping ceiling was also designed to optimise each space.
