House Partners brings over 15 years of experience in the renovation and transformation of residential properties. Founded by Francis, the company was built on a simple belief: quality is not optional — it is the foundation of every project.
From the very beginning, House Partners has developed around strong technical expertise, a deep respect for existing buildings, and a constant focus on the quality of execution. Each year, we take on between 5 and 10 carefully selected projects, allowing for close involvement, rigorous follow-up and consistently high standards.
A family business shaped by two generations
House Partners is, above all, a family-led adventure. Francis, the founder, continues to lead the business with a strong presence on both strategic and technical matters. Alongside him, his daughter Margaux is progressively shaping the future of the firm, ensuring continuity while driving its evolution.
Often described by clients as a warm and complementary duo, they embody the meeting point between hands-on experience and a contemporary approach to construction. Francis brings deep technical expertise, Margaux combines an eye for aesthetics with strong project management skills.
Knowledge sharing as a driving force
Knowledge transfer lies at the heart of House Partners’ DNA. Craftsmanship, on-site discipline and an in-depth understanding of materials are passed on daily, directly on the construction site.
With over 15 years of experience as a claims adjuster, Francis is the company’s technical reference. He firmly believes in investing first and foremost in structural elements — the true guarantors of a building’s long-term value and durability.
Margaux, who now oversees team management, brings a clear structure and a strategic vision shaped by her background in European project management. She continues to deepen her expertise through formal construction studies and hands-on participation in collaborative building projects, with the aim of integrating more sustainable and responsible practices into each renovation.
